HYCC Registration Policies

· All fees must be paid by CREDIT CARD (MasterCard or VISA), CHECK or MONEY ORDER made payable to the Town of Barnstable. No cash is accepted. Non-resident registration fees are doubled, except for Learn to Skate programs which has an additional $10 fee for non-residents.

· REFUNDS are not issued on or after the start of the program.

· Prior to the start of the program, refunds will be given minus a $10 Administration fee.

· Financial Aid is available for all qualifying applicants. To apply, complete and submit a Financial Aid form w/ your Tax returns and ANY OTHER DOCUMENTATION EVIDENCING ASSISTANCE YOU ARE CURRENTLY RECEIVING such as Sec. 8, Disability, child support etc.

· Financial Aid applicants must pay 50% of program costs at time of registration.

· Registration is conducted at a first come, first serve basis and age/grade guidelines are strictly observed. You may only register one household at a time.

· Town of Barnstable is not responsible for any lost or stolen at any of our programs.
