Amy has over 20 years of experience in facility management and public event
marketing. As marketing director for First Night Boston, the Paul Tsongas Arena
in Lowell and the Centrum in Worcester she was responsible for selling
advertising space and sponsorships; marketing and publicity for major public
gatherings; and working with agencies, businesses and non-profit groups to
create unique programs and successful events. She most recently assisted the
Town of Brewster’s Recreation Department. Amy brings her knowledge and skills to
her new position as the HYCC’s marketing manager, offering individualized
creative input for design, implementation and measurable results for all the
businesses, user groups and organizations that support the facility. Amy is
responsible for all aspects of marketing and advertising sales including naming
rights at the HYCC as well as searching out new sources of revenue to accomplish
the goal of the Town’s newest enterprise account to maintain sustainability of
the operating budget for the building and pay back the bond which was issued by
the Town for construction. Amy lives with her family in Brewster and her twin
sons skate for Barnstable Youth Hockey Association."
