Pursuant to 310 CMR 19.017:
The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection Waste
Ban Compliance Plan Permit, effective July 1, 2006, states that
no vehicles greater than 5 cubic yards will be allowed to
dispose of Municipal Solid Waste or Construction and Demolition
debris at the Barnstable Transfer Station and Recycling Center.
